Our Solution: The Bold UX Pivot: To elevate the brand’s digital prestige, we pivoted away from standard, cluttered product grids on the homepage. Instead, we designed a minimalist, timeless UI centered around immersive video reels showcasing Saree collections and intricate fabric detailing.
Custom Engineering for Fabrics: Our development team built a tailored fractional quantity selector directly into the custom theme. This complex integration allows customers to easily and accurately purchase precise decimal measurements of fabric (e.g., 1.25m or 2.75m) with perfectly synced cart calculations.
Operational Scalability: We overhauled their backend by migrating them to an upgraded Shopify architecture, complete with a custom Google Sheets/Excel bulk import system to seamlessly manage their extensive SKUs and specific variants.
